cups shredded Jack cheese

green chilies

Tablespoons coconut flour

1 pound
pork sausage
Instructions
1.
Brown sausage and drain off grease.
2.
In a large bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper. Stir
in chilies, cheese, coconut flour and sausage.
3.
Spray muffin tins or cups with cooking spray and fill
each with the egg mixture.
4.
Bake until set and lightly browned.
5.
If baking in an oven, 350 degrees for about 15 minutes
depending on the size of the tin.
