Ingredients

½-1 pound large shrimp, peeled
& deveined
Marinade:
·
¼ teaspoon cracked black
pepper
·
¼ teaspoon chili powder
·
optional: cooked white rice
·
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
·
2 tablespoons honey
·
juice of 2 limes
·
2 teaspoons garlic
·
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Add shrimp and all marinade ingredients to a large ziplock bag. Press as much air out of the bag as possible. Chill 25 minutes, flipping the bag once or twice throughout. Cook shrimp over medium-high heat in a large pan. Stir though out, making sure to flip the shrimp as they turn pink. Cook 4-5 minutes total. Serve over rice if desired.
